Our core team maybe small but its (almost) perfectly formed. Almost, because we use an extensive network of associates to ensure we bring the best team together to work with our clients. A select group of our associates are highlighted on the right under 'our friends'.

Bill Fraser

Bill is our principal consultant and has a over 30 years experience in skills, training and business development. Bill is an experienced project manager and manages our client relations. He is also an active member of the Black Isle community and volunteers with various community groups.

When he isn't working hard, Bill is a keen archer, gardener and choir singer with a soft spot for an occasional malt whisky!
